” But some people take lots of thought into a tattoo. For the smart people, a tattoo is a form of self expression. Tattoos are not a one sided thing. :/ It’s kind of ignorant to completely talk down on a group of people for the way you see few of them. Besides, the girls with the tattoos that have the mindset you speak of..

I totally agree with caaguirre83. If you aren’t sure of where you want it don’t get it. You need to be 100 percent sure of where you want it. I got my first one at 16 and I regret where I got it. Cuz I can’t do any huge back pieces now. So just wait
LaurenMac, If believe that if you are not sure of where you want your tattoo you should not get one. This is perm. ink and you should be certain of where you want it and what you want. Also 15 is too young to have a tattoo. Just hold off and wait a couple more years. Trust me! my mentality totally changed from 15 to 18. Don’t do it yet!
